  • On Feb. 21 at 9:49 a.m. Anthony Hampton, 19, of 615 Olson Hall, was arrested in Olson on a McDonough County warrant for failure to appear. he was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 10:01 a.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

    On Feb. 21 at 5:40 p.m. three students near Thompson Hall were judicially referred for possession of cannabis.

  • On Feb. 17 at 10:16 p.m. three students in Q-Lot were judicially referred for drugs (cannabis).

    On Feb. 18 at 1:41 a.m. Pedro Vazquez, 20, of 223 Corbin Hall, was arrested on West Calhoun Street for not having a valid drivers license and was ticketed for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 1:27 a.m. pending bond.

    On Feb. 18 at 7:50 p.m. OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in Thompson Hall. No smoke or fire was found and no injuries were reported.

    On Feb. 19 at 2:30 a.m. non-student Noah Class 20, of Tremont, IL, was arrested in the 800 block of West Adams Street for driving under the influence of alcohol and he was ticketed for squealing/screeching tires and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 4:17 a.m. pending bond.

    On Feb. 19 at 4:02 p.m. non-student Cameron Hironimus, 19, of Blandinsville, IL, was arrested in Higgins Hall for criminal trespass to real property. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 4:13 p.m. pending bond. At the same time, three students were judicially referred for behavior (trespassing) at Higgins.

    On Feb. 19 at 11:30 p.m. a student in Tanner Hall reported the theft of a purse and its contents, valued at $40, missing from her Tanner Hall room. The incident is under investigation.

  • On Feb. 15 at 1:11 p.m. Devon Cooper, 18, of 615 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Tanner Hall on a McDonough County warrant for fraudulent use of a WIU student's ID card and on a Vermilion County warrant for assault and aggravated battery. He was transported to McDonough County Jail at 1:20 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

    On Feb. 15 at 5:24 p.m. one student near Higgins Hall was judicially referred for behavior.

    On Feb. 15 at 5:24 p.m. Steven Nutt, 23, 614 W. Murray St., was issued a notice to appear March 21 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis near Higgins Hall.

    On Feb. 15 at 10:04 p.m. four students in Tanner Hall were judicially referred for cannabis.

    On Feb. 16 at 6:36 p.m. Johnny Williams, 19, of 811 Tanner Hall, was issued a notice to appear March 21 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for disorderly conduct in the University Union.

    On Feb. 16 at 7:36 p.m. two students in Bayliss Hall were judicially referred for cannabis and alcohol.

    On Feb. 16 at 9:03 p.m. a student reported the theft of several items, valued at $40, from a dryer in a Tanner Hall laundry room. The incident is under investigation.

    On Feb. 17 at 12:20 a.m. two students in Henninger Hall were judicially referred for cannabis.

    On Feb. 17 at 12:20 a.m. Isaac Smith, 18, and Andrew Ruszczyk, 19 ,both of 1016 Henninger Hall, were each issued a notice to appear March 28 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis in Henninger Hall.

  • On Feb. 14 at 6:46 p.m. three students in the Higgins Hall parking lot were judicially referred for unlawful consumption of cannabis and possession of alcohol.

    On Feb. 14 at 8:44 p.m. one student in Tanner Hall was judicially referred for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and one student was judicially referred for unlawful possession of cannabis.

  • On Feb. 10 at 12:31 p.m. a student came into Mowbray Hall to report that her debit card number had been stolen/compromised and used for fraudulent purchases. The incident is under investigation.

    On Feb. 10 at 8:04 p.m. two students in Tanner Hall were judicially referred for possession of cannabis.

    On Feb. 10 at 11:20 p.m. Alex Tyson, 19,  and Kenneth Hastings, both of 620 Henninger Hall, Loren Brown, 19, of 512 Bayliss Hall, and Damaris Orozco, 18, of 839 Tanner Hall, were each issued a notice to appear March 28 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Q-Lot.

    On Feb. 11 at 8:46 p.m. Damond Boyle, 18, of 809 Henninger Hall, was arrested in Bayliss Hall on a McDonough County warrant for failure to appear and for possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy). He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 9:04 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

    On Feb. 12 at 3:07 a.m. non student Tyler Brown, 19, of Dekalb, was issued a notice to appear March 28 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Q-Lot.

  • On Feb. 9 at 1:30 a.m. OPS responded to a fire alarm in Brophy Hall. The alarm was activated by a worker bumping the alarm and no injuries were reported.

    On Feb. 9 at 3:27 a.m. Austin Luchtman, of 914 Bayliss Hall, was issued a notice to appear March 14 for two Macomb City ordinance violations for possession of drug paraphernalia and alcohol.

    On Feb. 9 at 3:46 p.m. a student reported the theft of his wallet containing $60 from a secured locker at the Spencer Student Recreation Center. The incident is under investigation.

    On Feb. 9 at 5:49 p.m. OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a grease fire in the Bayliss-Henninger Dining Center. The fire was extinguished and no injuries were reported.

  • On Feb. 6 at 3:45 p.m. a student came to Mowbray Hall to report his debit card was used fraudulently, with charges totaling $475. The incident is under investigation.

    On Feb. 6 at 5:32 p.m. a student came to Mowbray Hall to report her purse, containing $60, school supplies and $20 ear buds, missing from Malpass Library. The incident is under investigation.

    On Feb. 6 at 10:23 p.m. non-student Camari Williams, 18, of Bolingbrook, IL, was arrested in Thompson Hall for obstructing justice, obstructing identification and possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 11:07 p.m.pending bond.

    On Feb. 7 at 10:59 a.m. Kejuan Rucker, 20, of 331 Olson Hall, was arrested in Morgan Hall on a McDonough County warrant for failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 11:19 a.m. pending bond.

    On Feb. 7 at 12:42 p.m. a student in Corbin/Olson reported being the victim of a fraudulent email offering employment, which drew $2,150 out of his bank account.

    On Feb. 7 at 2:49 p.m. non-student Tyrone Hunter, 20, of Chicago, IL, was arrested near Thompson Hall for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 4:11 p.m. pending bond.

    On Feb. 7 at 10:39 p.m. a student in Thompson Hall was issued a judicially referred for alcohol possession.

  • On Feb. 3 at 3:21 p.m. Reanecia Bruce, 19, and Ayomide Tabiti, 18, both of 601 Corbin Hall, were each assigned a March 7 court date for a Macomb City ordinance violation for fighting in Corbin.

    On Feb. 3 at 10:29 p.m. one student in Tanner Hall was judicially referred for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of cannabis. Nonstudent Shysham Johnson, 19, of Rockford was arrested at 10:29 p.m. in Tanner for unlawful possession of a weapon on school property, FOID Act-Firearm, FOIA Act-Ammunition, and possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams). He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 10:47 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

    On Feb. 4 at 9:56 p.m. nonstudent Cameron Hironimus, 19, of Blandinsville, was arrested in the Waggoner Hall lot for driving while license suspended, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting a police officer. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 10:09 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

    On Feb. 5 at 3:22 a.m. nonstudents Aubrey Guillen, 20, of Waverly, and Kirby Hartz, 20, of Jacksonville each received a notice to appear March 7 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the Corbin Hall lot.

    On Feb. 5 at 3:23 a.m. one student in Bayliss Hall was judicially referred for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and guest policy violation.

    On Feb. 5 at 4:38 a.m. one student in Bayliss was judicially referred for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, producing a false ID and possession of cannabis. Another student was referred for for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of cannabis.

  • On Feb. 1 at 7:34 a.m. Thomas Gattuso, of 213 Lincoln Hall, was arrested in Lincoln Hall on a McDonough County warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 7:35 a.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

    On Feb. 1 at 4:24 p.m. two students in Mowbray Hall were judicially referred for behavior.

    On Feb. 3 at 1:27 a.m. non-student Edgar Powell-Holman, 18, of Chicago, IL, was arrested in Q-Lot for criminal trespass. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 1:48 a.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

    On Feb. 3 at 2:26 a.m. Isabel Garcia, of 937 Tanner Hall, was issued a notice to appear March 21 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis.

    On Feb. 3 at 2:26 a.m. three students in Tanner Hall were judicially referred for possession of cannabis.

  • On Jan. 30 at 3 p.m. a student came to Mowbray Hall to report a parking hangtag, valued at $76, stolen from an unknown location. The incident is under investigation.

    On Jan. 30 at 6:30 p.m. Lori Reeves, 19, of 434 Olson Hall, was arrested on a McDonough County warrant for failure to appear in court. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 6:47 p.m. pending bond.

    On Jan. 30 at 10:13 p.m. a juvenile in Q-Lot was charged with criminal trespass and battery. She was later released.

    On Jan. 31 at 12:59 p.m. Ronjaha Peterson, 18, of 722 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Tanner for unlawful use of a weapon (taser) and aggravated assault. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 1:18 p.m. pending bond.

    On Jan. 31 at 8:37 p.m. a student came to Mowbray Hall to report the theft of her Social Security card from a Tanner Hall room. The incident is under investigation.
